Well, this is December 5 before the sun hits. I don't know what rose it is, it belongs to a neighbor.
The roses sometime never go dormant around here.

AHHHHHHH! It kills me to see it!
We have snow and freezing rain. The sun has not been out in a week. An it is 20 degrees F outside.

What a great photo! Makes me wish I lived in a warmer climate so I could enjoy gardening the year round, as some of you other lucky ducks do. I'm in the Des Moines, IA area, where we are lucky if we get to enjoy 4+ months of prime gardening weather!

I live in Queensland, Australia and the roses never go dormant here either. We don't have anything less than 7-8 Celsius so they pretty much in flower all year around.
