High Achieving Dyslexics: Molly Noble Bull

Molly Noble Bull writes "Christian Fiction".

Here, she is being interviewed by another Christian writer,  Margaret Daley: Molly Noble Bull interview.

Molly: As we will discuss later, I am a dyslexic. As a result, I was not a good student. I couldn’t read or spell or do math well. But I could tell stories, draw and sing. And my teachers told me that I was creative and imaginative. It’s not surprising that I was drawn to things I did well.

Molly: As I mentioned earlier, I am dyslexic, and while on the Love Inspired Author’s Loop, I discovered that six other Love Inspired/Steeple Hill authors were also dyslexic. As a result, five of us decided to write a book in order to help other dyslexics who struggled in school as we did.

The complete title of our non-fiction book is The Overcomers: Christian Authors Who Conquered Dyslexia. The book will be published by Tsaba House and is written by Jane Myers Perrine, Ruth Scofield, Ginny Aiken, Margaret Daley and me—Molly Noble Bull. And yes, I said Margaret Daley.

The book doesn't seem to have a publication date yet.  Stand by for developments.  You might also be interested in the other high achieving dyslexics.

That sounds like a pretty interesting book... I'm intrigued.

Hi,
My name is Molly Noble Bull, and I am honored that you wrote an article about me and my writing. And yes, I am dyslexic.
Very much so.
My book on dyslexia with the other Christian authors won't be published for a while, but I will let you know when. Or somebody else will.
In the meantime, it would be great if you took a look at my other books to see what a dyslexic can accomplish with God's help.
First, visit my website. www.mollynoblebull.com
Then scroll down and click Molly's Books. From Molly's Books, you can see all my titles and covers and click to read an excerpt from Sanctuary. Sanctuary is about the Huguenots and will be published in trade paperback on Saturday of this week, September 15, 2007.
You can also click to read an excerpt from my Steeple Hill novel, The Winter Pearl.
Sincerely,
Molly
