Judge Grants Seidel's Motion to Quash Subpoena
Kathleen Seidel's motion to quash the Shoemaker subpoena has been granted.

I am very happy for Ms. Seidel, and hope that Dr. McCormick's subpoena meets the same fate.
Stand by for Shoemaker news -- he has 10 days to explain why he should not be sanctioned.

Thank you for keeping track of this whole phenomenon, Liz! Clearly Shoemaker did not know what he was getting into!
I think the next thing should be for the Sykeses to sue him for legal malpractice. Since they seem to enjoy litigation, and he seems to be incompetent.
