England Chronicles #4--York, or Viiiiiikings!

We are staying at Lady Anne Middleton's, which sounds like we have posh friends.  No, just my credit card has posh friends, to book rooms here.  A nice hotel with character.

I somehow thought Jorvik the Viking Experience was more like a museum and less like the Disney Haunted House ride, but I enjoyed it none-the-less. 

York is a beautiful small city -- so walkable.  In fact, I walked the city walls this afternoon while Jumper Girl did whatever she did.

Now we are off to find a pub for dinner.  More, maybe, after dinner.
