England Chronicles #5 -- The Internet Cafe Version

We had a great time in York and we did get enough Viiiiikings!!  And strolling around, and haunting stories, and strolling some more.  It must me nice to live in a lively city with so much available in walking distance.

From York, we took the train down to Retford, conveniently located close to the little village of Sturton le Steeple, home to our friends Trish and Bob Fleming, who showed us a really good time, including a traditional Sunday roast -- on Thursday.

Bob took us to Lincoln, where we toured the city, including Lincoln Cathedral

Thursday Jumper Girl went down to Mike Stallwood's for quality time with her father and the unveiling of the flail tank (video and pictures to come when we have real computers, not the internet cafe).

I hung out with Bob and Trish at Chatsworth, then took the train down to London Friday morning and went straight to the British Museum.

More later when I can upload photos.
