So you are a little interested in meditation--you've heard it is good for you--but you aren't sure what to do or what it is.
Enter the Everyting Meditation Book, which is a guide to all the different forms of meditation globally--in a fairly balanced and accessible package.
It's from Adams Communications.
Online reviews don't seem to give much away. One review made the author seem rather new agey and a bit flakey:
"Rosemary Clark, a meditation practitioner of over 30 years, a metaphysical writer, and a living history interpreter of several traditions: Egyptian, Polynesian, Native American, and Buddhist"
It's the first three that seem to attract all sorts of fertile imaginations ...

Well, the book is pretty cheery and non-threatening. And my, what a range of living history chops...but of all the "how to meditate" books out there, I think this one is about the best value. Didn't get much out of this technique? Try the next one!
